About Us
Since 2011, Josh and Cheri have been managing and maintaining rental properties, learning the ins and outs of various trades to ensure each property is well-kept and functional. Along the way, they started buying and renovating houses, which required learning many of the trades more in depth as Josh often ended up doing much of the work himself when he couldn’t find the help he needed.
Their journey highlighted a significant challenge: finding dependable help that combines excellent craftsmanship with clear, professional communication. Too often the best tradespeople are too busy, and those who communicate well often don’t deliver the quality of work needed.
Determined to bridge this gap, they established Epic Home Repairs. Josh left a prior role in corporate America, where he spent his time primarily in program management roles, and is now using the skills he’s learned to help repair peoples homes. Cheri has worked in real estate for 24 years and understands the value of upkeep and maintaining your home.

When Josh and Cheri aren’t working they love to spend time with their 3 kids baking, swimming, going to the park and playing video games. Cheri also has the pleasure of being able to homeschool their children. They also enjoying traveling and spending time with extended family.
