Our Process

Click the "Request Service" button on this page, and either fill in the form, or give us a call, whatever is easiest for you.

Provide what details you can, and if we need more we'll ask.

We will reply to you within one business day, confirm if we are able to do that type of work, and provide an approximate price for the labor.  In most cases, this will be a flat price, but in some cases where that work is particularly complex, it may be an hourly rate.

If you approve the estimate, we will schedule a service appointment at a time that is convenient for you.

Have a particular lighting fixture or ceiling fan that you just love? Go ahead and buy it - we'd love to install it.

Not sure what all supplies are needed, or don't want to go to the hardware store? No problem - we're happy to pick up what is needed, whatever works best for you.

Our handyman will give a heads up when they are on their way, and will assess what needs to be done when they arrive. 

If what is required is aligned to the original estimate, then they will proceed with the desired repair. 

In the event they see something beyond what was on the estimate that is needed, they will align with you on the updated price prior to starting work.  We are always up front in our pricing, you will never be charged something that you did not agree to in advance. 

When the work is done, our handyman will review the finished product with you.

Once you are satisfied, you can conveniently pay via credit card or check, whatever is easiest for you. 

We warranty all the work we performed for a full year, leaving you with no need to worry.
