How it Works: Our Process

Below are the steps to learn more about our handyman services process.

Step 1

Contact Us

Click the “Request Service” button on this page, and either fill in the form, or give us a call, whatever is easiest for you. Provide what details you can, and if we need more we’ll ask.

Step 2

Align on Project Scope and Next Steps

We will align with you on any specifics required to complete the project, and work with you through any next steps required before starting the project.

Step 3

Schedule Service

If you approve the estimate, we will schedule a service appointment at a time that is convenient for you.

Step 4

Acquire Supplies

Have a particular lighting fixture or ceiling fan that you just love? Go ahead and buy it – we’d love to install it. Not sure what all supplies are needed, or don’t want to go to the hardware store? No problem – we’re happy to pick up what is needed, whatever works best for you.

Step 5

Receive Service

Our handyman will give a heads up when they are on their way, and will assess what needs to be done when they arrive. If what is required is aligned to the original estimate, then they will proceed with the desired repair. In the event they see something beyond what was on the estimate that is needed, they will align with you on the updated price prior to starting work. We are always up front in our pricing, you will never be charged something that you did not agree to in advance.

Step 6

Review Finished Work

When the work is done, our handyman will review the finished product with you.

Step 7

Payment

Once you are satisfied, you can conveniently pay via credit card or check, whatever is easiest for you.

Final Step

Enjoy Life

We warranty all the work we performed for a full year, leaving you with no need to worry. Now that your home repair has been finished by a professional, you get to enjoy your home, and focus your time on making life’s memories!
